EU4BT “Engaging Users for Business Transfer” project aims to identify the good practices in the working of matching platforms (connecting potential sellers and buyers for SMEs) in Europe and to start defining the needed actions to create connections between platforms from different European countries.

Companyforsale was asked to contribute knowledge, experience and knowhow as an external specialist during a gathering organised by the European Commission in Brussels recently. The reason of this gathering is the lack of transparency in the European Merger & Acquisition Market. We want to help to solve this problem by creating an international equal system of platforms, in which we all follow the same method and are connected.
